Shipping method and delivery time

We offer international shipping via EMS.  The following are typical delivery times by country:

Please note that these are typical delivery times and are not guaranteed.

We do not use any other delivery services and are unable to send packages via regular mail, UPS, DHL or other such delivery companies.

It is important to keep track of your order using your trace number. You will receive your trace number by email on the next working day after you place your order.

Orders are processed each weekday morning and if you order over the weekend, your order will be processed and shipped on Monday morning.

As soon as we process your order we will email you your trace number.

If you are not available at the time of delivery and do not claim your package, eventually it will be sent back to us. In this case, if you would like us to reship the product to you, you will have to pay the delivery cost again.

Please also note the following points:

If there is a delay at customs it will be shown on the trace result.

If the package hasn't arrived within seven days of us sending you your trace number, contact your local post office or FedEx office to see if they have your package.

If you still can't locate your package, please contact us.

I received the wrong item or my item was damaged during shipping

If you have received the wrong item or your item was damaged during shipping, firstly, don't panic. We are here to help you.

All items are fully insured in the case of damage and in the rare event that you received the wrong item, we will reimburse your return shipping costs and immediately send you the correct item.

Please contact us quoting your order number and what the problem was with your delivery.
